Terms of Service

By creating an account or purchasing any product on CodeWithNM ("the Platform"), you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and accept these Terms of Service in full. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

When you purchase a project on CodeWithNM, you are purchasing a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the source code for the following permitted purposes:

• Personal learning and study
• Building upon the project for your own applications (commercial or personal)
• Including the project in your portfolio
• Submitting modified versions for academic projects or internship assignments

What you may NOT do:

• Resell, redistribute, or re-upload the source code to any platform
• Share the download files with others who have not purchased the product
• Claim the original code as entirely your own in a commercial product without substantial modification
• Use the code to build a competing digital product marketplace that sells the same or similar projects

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.
• Your purchase is confirmed only after server-side payment signature verification. If verification fails, your payment will be refunded automatically.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect purchases already made.

Because our products are digital goods that are immediately accessible upon purchase, all sales are generally final. However, we offer refunds in the following cases:

• The downloaded project does not match the description on the product page in a material way.
• The project file is corrupted or cannot be extracted/run as described in the documentation.
• A technical issue on our end prevented you from accessing your purchased product.
• Duplicate accidental purchase of the same product within 24 hours.

Refunds are not available if:

• You changed your mind after downloading.
• You were unable to run the project due to your own environment issues (missing Node.js, Python, etc.).
• More than 7 days have passed since the purchase.

Purchased products are delivered as downloadable ZIP files available in your Dashboard under "My Projects". Downloads are served securely through our server — direct Google Drive links are never shared. You have lifetime access to your purchased products.

All project code, documentation, design assets, and content on the Platform are owned by CodeWithNM unless explicitly stated otherwise. The CodeWithNM name, logo, and brand assets may not be used without prior written permission.

Purchasing a product gives you a usage licence as described in Section 2. It does not transfer copyright.

By posting in the community forum, you agree not to:

• Post spam, promotional content, or links unrelated to coding and development
• Share, redistribute, or upload project source code from paid products
• Harass, bully, or disrespect other community members
• Post content that is illegal, hateful, or discriminatory
• Impersonate other users or CodeWithNM team members

We reserve the right to remove any content or ban any user who violates these rules without prior notice.

Projects are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we make every effort to ensure code quality and documentation accuracy, we cannot guarantee that every project will work perfectly in every environment. Technology changes — dependencies, APIs, and third-party services may change after a project is published.

CodeWithNM is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. If your account is terminated for policy violations, refunds for purchases will not be issued. If your account is terminated for reasons unrelated to violations, you retain access to your purchased products.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to registered users by email. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
